pt>TD width=15>　pt>TR>pt>TD width=15 height=20>　pt>TD width=530 colSpan=2 height=20>　pt>TD width=15 height=20>　pt>TR>pt>TD vAlign=top width=15>　pt>TD vAlign=top width=530 colSpan=2>pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 5月1日实施的城中区部分路段交通分流让道路畅通起来了，然而在市中心区的部分道路车辆乱停现象仍十分严重，从5月7日起，城中交警大队根据市政府整治市区停车秩序工作要求，全警出动，采取强有力的措施，整治市中心区道路停车秩序。据统计，从5月7日至11日，共处罚车辆乱停乱放违章200多起，拖走乱停车辆32辆。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 据了解，在这次整治市区停车秩序行动中，交警计划利用半个月的时间，集中警力，加强对市区27条主干道车辆乱停乱放进行重点整治，在这27条重点整治路段中，城中区占了15条。为确保整治的力度，城中交警大队将路段层层分解到中队、警组，实行定人、定点、定责任、包道路畅通、包秩序良好、包无乱停乱放的“三定三包”责任制，对停车秩序实行量化考核，同时，改变勤务方式，管段民警可以根据所承包路段的情况，采取“弹性”上班工作制；在管理措施上，大队出动1台清障车，从上午8时至晚上22时在辖区内来回巡逻，对违章乱停乱放的车辆一律拖走，对违章者严格按交通法规的上限予以处罚。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 5月11日上午10时，记者在罗池路见到了清障车正在将一辆乱停在人行道上，车号为桂B/12243的五菱面包车拖走（如图），在一旁指挥拖车的城中交警大队副大队长陈刚告诉记者，这次整治市区停车秩序行动，城中辖区任务最重，难度也最大，但他们有决心乘这次“三项整治”的东风，把城中区的停车秩序整治好，行动的第一步首先整治快车道上机动车乱停，第二步再规范人行道摩托车、自行车的停车秩序。哪市民应如何在路边临时停车呢？陈副大队长说，机动车应停放在停车场或道路旁边施划有停车泊位的临时停车点，依次在线内停车，摩托车和自行车停放要停放在人行道上，如果施划有停车线的要在线内有序停放，没有施划停车线的车头要紧靠路沿石依次停放整齐。
