pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 中新社日内瓦五月二十日电(记者蔚中)第五十六届世界卫生大会二十日下午举行防治非典技术通报会，中国代表、卫生部副部长马晓伟在发言时说，中国的非典病例主要发生在城市地区，农村地区发病较少，中国目前还没有发现在农村地区聚集发病的情况。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 截至到五月二十日，中国内地累计报告临床诊断非典病例五千二百四十八例，死亡二百九十四人，病死率为百分之五点六；疑似病例一千九百三十六例；治愈出院二千二百五十四人，占总病例数的百分之四十三。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 马晓伟介绍说，回顾性调查发现，非典疾病最早发生在二00二年十一月十六日，在广东省佛山市。广东省发病高峰在二00三年二月，北京、山西、内蒙、河北和天津发病高峰在今年四月中旬到五月上旬。目前广东省日发病非常少，其他省市发病已过高峰期，处于下降阶段。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 据介绍，中国非典病例中，医护人员比例最高，为百分之十八，其次分别为干部职工、工人和学生、离退休人员、民工、家务待业人员，以及农民和商业服务人员；发病人员中，年龄主要集中在二十至五十九岁成年人阶段，占百分之八十一；就性别而言，男性占百分之四十八点八，女性占百分之五十一点二。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 目前，中国内地十三个省市报告有非典死亡病例，全国平均病死率为百分之五点四三。七十岁年龄组死亡率最高，为百分之二十八。约有百分之七十点九的非典死亡病例都合并有冠心病、糖尿病等基础疾病。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 至二十日，中国有百分之四十三的患者已经康复出院。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 马晓伟说，中国采取了一系列措施应对非典疾病。目前，中国传染性非典型肺炎疫情态势仍然严峻，近期工作的重点是加大全国传染性非典型肺炎防治力度，控制疫情蔓延。同时，针对华北地区疫情不稳定，农村地区医疗和防疫基础薄弱，医护人员防护措施的落实和目前没有报告病例的省份加强监测和督导等措施严格开展工作。
