pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 孙书记要求全体教师行动起来，坚持解放思想、事实求是、与时俱进、更新观念、学习先进，增强加快教育发展的使命感、责任感和紧迫感，全心全意实施素质教育，为把二十六中建成“校园美、校风正、学风好、质量高、有特色”的学校而努力奋斗。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 2、查找剖析、听取意见：查找在学校干部职工中存在的思想观念、精神状态、工作作风、机制等方面的问题，开展批评与自我批评，分析原因、提出对策、形成共识。广泛征求群众意见，集思广益摆问题、提建议、找准解决问题的良策。结合师德师风建设和当前课程改革的新形式，组织开展“面对形式，柳州教育怎么办？学校怎么办？自己怎么办？”的讨论。通过讨论，引导干部解放思想、与时俱进，树立现代教育观，做新时代的新型教师。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 3、认真整改、巩固成果：针对查摆出来的突出问题，制定具体的整改措施，明确责任，监督执行，边整边改，抓好落实。晚上制度，作到有章可循，以制度管人管事。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 4、认真总结、交流经验：在学习中发现好的做法、好的经验进行宣传、报道；检查学习记录，出学习宣传板报。撰写学习十六大精神征文评比活动；写好个人总结。
