pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 重在解决问题，解决什么问题？根据区党委的部署，就是要重点解决那些影响和妨碍我区转变政府职能、扩大对外开放、加快非公有制经济发展和推进工业化、城镇化进程的思想观念、做法和体制问题。上述四个方面都是事关我区改革发展全局的战略重点，把存在问题解决好，使这些方面的工作取得新的突破性进展，对加快富民兴桂新跨越步伐、全面建设小康社会至关重要。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 实践是一个过程，认识也是一个过程。在探索中前进，出现这样那样的问题在所难免，关键是如何对待。回避矛盾，绕开问题，或者口头说要解决，而行动上则是另一回事，这是形式主义、官僚主义的态度，这种态度对工作相当有害，群众也相当反感。正视问题，认真解决问题，这是实事求是的态度，是对党的事业和工作负责任的态度。改革开放和现代化建设就是在不断解决矛盾和问题中推进的。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 在开展解放思想再讨论的过程中，各地各部门纷纷审视工作，查找问题，并提出整改的对策、措施，解决问题有了良好的开端。但要真正解决问题，在这个基础上还需要做许多工作。从当前的工作实际和思想实际来看，尤其要抓好两个方面。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 一是对解决问题要有足够信心。在一些部门和单位，一讲查问题，大家都很踊跃，也确实找出了不少问题，但一讲解决问题，有些同志却明显信心不足，认为有些问题存在已久，积重难返；有些问题的解决牵及诸多方面。总而言之，难。这种心态本身就是思想不够解放的表现。开展解放思想再讨论，就是要解决问题。有信心，就有解决问题的勇气、办法和行动。消极畏难，不是共产党人应有的态度。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 二是要拿出解决问题的实际行动。找出问题，提出解决的对策固然重要，但更重要的是抓落实。列宁曾经说过，一个实际行动比一打纲领更重要。解决问题的措施办法再好，如果只是挂在嘴上，写在纸上，问题依然得不到解决。所以，各部门各单位绝不能把工作停留在制定的措施办法上，而要乘势而进，抓好落实，以期取得实效。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 解决问题，是一种做好工作的本事；解决问题，是一种与旧观念、旧做法决裂的创新；解决问题，是一种务实求真的作风。希望大家在解决问题上花大力气，下大功夫，以解决问题的实际成效，向这次解放思想再讨论交出一份令人满意的答卷。（广西日报）
