pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 当前，解放思想再讨论正在全区各级各地各部门迅速开展起来。怎样才能使再讨论活动更有针对性，更能取得实效？查摆问题，找出差距，是至关重要的一环。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 查问题，找差距，是使干部群众受教育的一种有效方式。对开展解放思想再讨论，一些同志有模糊认识，觉得解放思想一直都在讲，现在重要的是干，而不是搞讨论。针对这种思想认识，一些地方在动员和学习时，结合本地实际，把思想观念方面存在的问题亮出来，把与发达地区思想观念的差距摆出来。事实最有说服力。问题和差距促人猛然醒悟：解放思想有许多工作要做，不少思想观念问题有待解决，进而增强自觉性，积极投身到大讨论中去。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 查问题，找差距，更是解决问题的首要前提。这次开展解放思想再讨论，重点要解决那些影响和妨碍我区转变政府职能、扩大对外开放、加快非公有制经济发展和推进工业化、城镇化进程的思想观念、做法和体制问题。而解决问题首先就要把问题逐条梳理出来，围绕上述需要重点解决的四个方面，把问题抓住了，抓准了，整改才能有的放矢，取得突破，收到实效。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 查问题，找差距，要有勇气。找出问题和差距，属于揭“短”亮“丑”，是一件不轻松的事情。在一些部门、单位以及一些干部那里，解放思想喊得响，但对存在的问题却是不查不知道，一查吓一跳。这样，揭“短”亮“丑”就更需要勇气了。勇气，来自对解放思想重要性紧迫性的充分认识，来自对党和人民事业的高度负责，来自于坚定的党性。广大干部尤其是各级领导干部，要在认真学习的基础上，拿出勇气来，不回避，不掩饰，对照思想，审视工作，从思想观念和具体工作中分析研究影响、制约政府职能转变、扩大对外开放、加快非公有制经济发展和推进工业化、城镇化进程存在的各种因素。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 查问题，找差距，要在“认真”二字上下功夫。何为认真？认真，就要做到查找问题实打实，丁是丁，卯是卯，有什么摆什么，有多少摆多少，触及实质，戳到痛处。不搞“蜻蜓点水”，不以列出几点能交差了事。认真，就要做到查找问题从自身做起。那些束缚我区党员干部思想和阻碍改革发展的不合时宜的观念、做法，不是只在哪一级、哪一个部门单位存在。那种泛泛而论，只乐于说其他部门单位，或他人的问题，对本部门本单位和自身的问题却避而不谈的做法，不利于揭露问题，解决问题。各级、各单位把自身存在的问题找出来，解决了，就能达到在全区开展解放思想再讨论的目的。钦州市委在解放思想再讨论中提出，不照电筒照镜子，查找问题，改进工作从本部门做起，从自身做起，从现在做起，这就是一种认真的态度，值得各地借鉴。（广西日报）
