pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 《中国小公民道德建设计划》是由中宣部、全国妇联、团中央、教育部、国家环保局、广播电视总局等6部委共同发起并组织实施的一项旨在引导和帮助全国儿童加强道德修养、提高自身素质的一项具体实践活动。活动自2002年5月在我市启动以来，各县（区）有关部门和中小学、幼儿园主动把实施小公民道德建设计划与建设“信用柳州”，打造“城信柳州”品牌紧密结合起来，围绕“我做合格小公民”主题，开展丰富多彩的道德实践活动并取得了初步成果。从中涌现出一批在道德建设中表现突出，在家庭、学校、社会有一定影响的先进典型。
