pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 而在巫山人眼里，“两重天”并不是单单指视觉上带来的旧城在下新城在上和一黑一白，更多的意味着巫山人因三峡蓄水给他们带来的巨大变化，新旧两种生活相比有着“两重天”的感觉。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 中共巫山县委书记王爱祖接受本社记者采访时说，巫山是重庆库区首淹首迁县，因三峡蓄水而进行的一系列建设给巫山带来了巨大变化，首先是一座依山就势而建的美丽巫山新城已展现在世人面前，与旧城相比街宽了，灯亮了，布局更合理了，移民们的住房面积已大大增加，达到了人均三十五平方米。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 其次，因三峡蓄水巫山实施了一系列生态工程建设，令巫山人有了更好的生态环境：在长江、大宁河两岸实施水土保持、天然林保护、退耕还林还草、长江防护林等工程；完成了三十户工矿企业的关闭、破产，以及八户工矿企业的污染治理任务；建成了新县城的污水处理厂、垃圾处理场；全面推行清洁燃料，并关闭了城区五平方公里内的采石场、石灰窑、砖瓦窑三十多个。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 再次，三峡蓄水给巫山旅游带来了新的机遇。蓄水将给巫山增加静态有效水面二点五万亩，形成规模巨大的内陆湖；由于水位抬升，湿度增加，“巫山云雨”将更增魅力。未来巫山旅游将形成以峡谷奇观为主体、三峡文化为内涵、湖光山色为基调、生态旅游为方向的丰富多彩的旅游产品体系和协调有序的大旅游发展格局。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 巫山移民也感受到了三峡蓄水给他们带来实实在在的变化。李大爷原来住在老城一条狭窄的街道里，一家三代所住的房子不到六十平方米，阴暗潮湿，如今他们已在新县城住上了百余平方宽敞明亮的房子。李大爷看着到处灯光闪烁的新县城，感慨“真是新旧两重天”！

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 建在长江巫峡口的重庆巫山长江大桥今年年底将实现初通，届时“一桥飞架南北、天堑变通途”，将极大地改善巫山的交通状况，巫山人也将结束汽车轮渡过江的历史。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 王爱祖对三峡蓄水后的新巫山发展信心十足，他说，未来新巫山将建设成一个拥有二十万人口的中等城市，打造成国家级的旅游度假胜地和生态农业基地。（中新网）
