pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 据新华社消息，三峡蓄水至海拔135米高程后，6月16日永久船闸试通航。6闸门双向航道的五级船闸将开放下游3个闸室，设计通过时间为一个半小时。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 三峡总公司总工程师张超然说，蓄水至135米后，万吨级船队可上溯至重庆涪陵，三峡工程的航运效益初步显现。过往船只一律免费通过船闸，每年上千万元的运行维护费用将由三峡总公司从发电收入中开支。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 试通航后，船舶编队问题将影响航运效率。目前长江上约有70%船只必须编队通过船闸。各种船只型号不一，很难以最节约成本的方式将它们编队。解决这些问题的方法只有两个：一是优化调度方案，二是加快我国船舶标准化的进程。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 永久船闸每个闸室长280米，宽34米。相连两个闸室之间水位持平，船就上下一个“台阶”，连续5级。到2009年，三峡库区最终达到海拔175米蓄水水位后，三峡永久船闸将担负起长江主航道的责任。届时，永久船闸设计通过时间为两个半小时。运行时为提高效率，3个闸门可同时开合。（中新网）
