pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 三峡船闸围堰发电期试航（简称试航）开始时间最后确定在6月13日，届时，重庆长航和重庆民生轮船公司船舶将成为试航的首航船舶。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 参加试航的是长航集团和民生轮船公司的船只。民生公司共有18艘参加货运试航的轮船，分别是大型集装箱船民风轮、拖船生中轮和16艘民甲驳船。而长航集团则会有客轮江渝15号、旅游船长江公主、长江21008拖轮、长江02008拖轮，7艘驳子组成的两个船队试水船闸。“这些船基本代表了长江上航行的船舶种类。”三峡通航管理局总调度室负责人说。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 有关专家介绍，当天的坝下水位如果在67·2米以下，或者68米以上，通过补水运行使用4级船闸；如果坝下水位在67·2—68米之间，则当天的试航使用3级船闸。试航时，轮船从一、二级船闸直接进入三级船闸。此时三级船闸闸门关闭，阀门进水，将三级船闸水位升至和二级船闸水位一样的高度，然后二级船闸闸门打开，轮船进入二级船闸。如此爬楼梯一样到达五级船闸，“船闸运行全部由电脑控制，整个通过时间约一个半小时，如果五级船闸都启用，则要两个多小时”。（记者陈文定　徐文阁）

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 至昨晚10时，三峡工程蓄水已完成135米高程，这比原定于15日实现的日期提前了5天，而这一水位将维持到2006年9月都不会改变。蓄水缘何得以提前实现？中国三峡总公司建设部有关负责人认为，这与比原计划提前6天实施了预蓄水、库区连续几次大范围降水以及坝区和库区各方积极配合有关。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 中国三峡总公司建设部有关负责人介绍说，根据国家气象水文部门的预报，6月上中旬三峡大坝蓄水期间，上游来水有可能持续偏少。因此，国务院三峡建设委员会批准三峡总公司自5月25日起，比原计划提前6天实施了预蓄水（也称为蓄水准备期）。至6月1日，坝前水位由海拔70米抬升到104米高程，降低了蓄水的难度，增加了如期蓄水的“保险系数”。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> “蓄水何时能够完成，上游来水情况至关重要。”这位负责人说，三峡梯调中心最担心的是长江上游水量不足———此前，长江一直只有1万多方／秒的流量，较常年明显偏少。但在6月1日正式下闸蓄水后，库区自2日开始经历了几次大范围的降水，使得水库来水量大大增加，为提前实现135米水位的蓄水目标创造了有利的条件。三峡总公司总工程师张超然说，提前实现计划目标，“老天爷也帮了我们一把”！
