pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 连年来，旧城改造和新区开发在柳州已形成热潮，无论是修路架桥还是建房盖楼，都需要投入大量的建设资金。通过多次举办国有土地使用权交易会，柳州市筹集了部分建设资金，但缺口还是很大。这次与国家开发银行签定23亿元的贷款，将大大缓解柳州的资金压力。按照协议，这笔贷款期限为20年。据介绍，这笔贷款将重点用于柳州市东区、阳和工业开发区的基础建设和人民广场改造。其中，东区规划中的文昌综合楼、市政广场和工业汇展中心，将成为这笔贷款的重点使用项目。
