pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 日前，一项被称为人类21世纪前20年最大规模的国际空间合作计划已经启动，中国凭借“双星计划”在国际空间科学领域的影响，受到国际空间局协调组的邀请，参加此项名为“人类与日共存”(International Living With a Star简称ILWS)国际空间合作计划。这也是我国首次参加此类大规模的国际空间合作计划。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 据参加了国际空间合作计划首次工作会议，刚刚从法国尼斯回来的中国科学院院士、中国“双星计划”首席科学家刘振兴介绍，这项有22个国家和2个国际学术组织共同参与的国际太空技术和应用合作计划，以太阳对人类活动、社会及生存的影响为主要研究对象，将在太阳活动活跃期的2011年前后，发射多颗卫星对日地联系进行联和观测。据了解，这项研究将对保障人类航天活动的安全、保证通信系统的通畅以及保护人类的生存等方面产生重大的影响。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 刘院士告诉记者，他这次是代表中国航天局参加会议，在会议上，他提出了“双星计划”和“空间风暴探测计划”两个合作项目，受到了与会专家们的高度重视。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 据了解，通过此次与国际空间局的大规模合作，不但可以共享该计划参与方的所有研究数据，而且将大幅度提高我国在空间科学与应用研究领域的水平。同时，也将为我国培养一批空间科学领域的优秀人才。(陈永杰、邹波)
