pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 在会上，校领导带头查摆自己工作中存在的问题，认真的从思想上、认识上剖析原因，并在查摆问题的基础上对症下药，对存在的问题提出相应的整改意见，如党支部、工会要围绕着学校开展一些活动，通过活动，提高职工的思想修养和增强凝聚力；狠抓教育教学过程管理，提高教育教学质量；完善竞聘上岗制度，激发教职工的工作热情，工作优质优酬，真正形成校内竞争的风气等。
