pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 有关今年中国经济增速的预测，摩根士丹利几个月内做了三次调整，从年初的7%，到非典疫情暴发后的6.5%，再到最近的7.5%。昨天下午，摩根士丹利首席经济学家史蒂芬·罗奇就此作出解释，并诚恳地说：“我们错了。”

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 罗奇告诉大家，当非典疫情非常严重时，摩根士丹利对中国经济的判断过于悲观。但后来的事实证明，疫情对经济的影响并不像想象中那样严重，许多制造业并未被波及，而且生产加速，出口增加，这导致我们在近期再次调整中国GDP增速预测，比年初的预测还要增加0.5个百分点。
