    “眼看就要毕业了，这学期刚回到学校，我就打印了100份求职简历，分散寄出去，目前已有3家单位同意要我，其中有一家太原的公司和一家大同的公司，现在我和他们都联系着……”山西某高校一位毕业生接受采访时兴奋地对记者说。
    与这位毕业生同宿舍的一位毕业生更幸运：目前，他已与6家公司签订了就业意向书，去哪家公司工作，他正在选择中。
    然而，他们班的学习委员就没他们幸运了：因学习成绩优秀，下定决心考研究生；知道不中后才开始求职，不想跑了几十家公司，都说就业合同已签满，不再需要人。他说：“推销自己不容易啊！”“什么时候才能找到主户呢？！”
    “全校毕业生中，有多少已经找到工作？其中有多少人已找到两份或两份以上工作？有多少还未找到工作？”记者问该校负责学生就业工作的一位同志。这位同志说：“确切的数字未统计出来，但目前至少有10％的人正在两份或两份以上工作中选择自己最心爱的工作岗位，至少有30％的还未找到工作正投亲靠友到处跑。”他感叹道：“如能立刻把这些多占着的工作岗位空出来，让未找到工作的同学去选择，多好啊！可惜，目前还没有这种调节机制。”
    负责学生就业的同志呼吁学生不要乱占就业岗位，企业的老总对一些毕业生乱签就业合同书、意向书很反感。太原一家外贸公司的老总诉苦说：“每年，我都为招聘大学生伤透了脑筋。去年前年我先后七八次去北京、西安的一些高校招聘大学生，每次都能与十几人达成协议，但最后来我们公司的只有一人。仅几次招聘差旅费就花掉三四万元，得不偿失啊！今年已有几十个比较理想的大学生和我们联系着，真不知道最后能来几个？”话语中流露出许多无奈。
    一位正在找工作的大学生更是无奈。他看到有的同学同时有几个单位争着要，真羡慕，但对他们一人占着几个就业岗位很恼火。他说：“这样做，无疑加大了其他同学找工作的难度！”
    如何改变“乱签约”现象？记者采访了山西负责大学生就业工作的一些政府官员。省就业指导中心的一位同志说：“为了应对毕业生大军的就业问题，我们想尽办法来保证毕业生就业，除千方百计增加就业岗位外，还举办了就业知识讲座和各种培训班，对学生进行诚信教育，但效果很不理想。”他认为，谁都想找份好工作，这是可以理解的；作为负责学生就业的部门来说，更希望学生找到最能发挥自己才能的岗位，为国家作出更大贡献。但学生找工作时，一旦和用人单位签约，就不应再与另一单位签约了。签约应当是严肃的。
