pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> “我们代表党中央、国务院向灾区广大干部群众和遇难失踪者家属表示亲切慰问！”昨日，国土资源部副部长寿嘉华受温家宝总理委托，带领国务院专家组星夜兼程赶到丹巴灾区。据华西都市报报道，上午8时许，寿嘉华一行在四川副省长张作哈等人陪同下，赶赴灾害现场，对灾民表示慰问并现场部署下一步搜救和恢复生产的计划。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 寿嘉华高度赞扬了四川省委、省政府对本次灾害的高度重视，她认为目前各项措施实施到位。寿嘉华指出，目前仍是汛期，极可能在源头再次形成泥石流、山体滑坡等自然灾害，源头上的村落应迁移以确保安全。同时，气象和地质部门要加强监测，灾区交通要尽快恢复，可以采取修筑人行便道的方式解决。寿嘉华强调，必须尽快恢复灾区人民生产、生活的基本条件。

pt>p style="font-size:11pt;line-height: 150%"> 对下一步工作，寿嘉华强调从五方面着手：要坚持“以防为主”；要在预警预报上下功夫，防患于未然；要深入宣传减灾、防灾专业知识，提高人民防灾、自救意识；要尽快恢复正常的生产、生活；今后的规划要注重对地质灾害多发地做提前区划，建立监测点和群防群控相结合的机制。
